Connect to Notion

When you create a request for the first time, you'll need to connect your Notion account and database.

How to connect your Notion account

1. Create a new request
2. Click the Connect to Notion step.
3. Click Connect.
4. A new window will appear to request access to your Notion account.
5. Click Select pages.
6. Choose the pages or databases you want Otera to have access to.
7. Wait for the window to show the message You can close this window and return to the previous window.
8. Return to Otera.
9. Your account should now be connected (having trouble connecting? Try refreshing the page or trying this step again).

Reconnecting your account

If you need to grant access to additional pages or databases:

1. Click Reconnect next to your connected account
2. Follow the authorization process again
3. Select additional pages
4. Complete the connection

Switching databases

You can change your target database at any time:

1. Use the database dropdown to select a different database
2. If the database is not in the list, click Reconnect to connect your account and database again
