This privacy notice for Otera ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services.

We store these details so that we can schedule your requests or load them at a later time, but we do not save any data fetched from these requests.
Billing information
If you sign up for a paid Otera subscription, you will be asked to provide your payment information and billing address. Credit card information is submitted directly to our payment processor and doesn’t hit our servers. We store a record of the payment transaction, for purposes of account history, invoicing, and billing support.
Website interactions
We use Google Analytics to automatically collect anonymous analytics data when you use Otera. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use Otera, and other technical information.
We process your information to:
We use Supabase, a secure database platform, to store your information. Sensitive information, such as API request details, are encrypted via SSL/TLS.
You can update or delete information related to integrations and API requests by visiting your dashboard.
We keep your information for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete your information from our databases.
